Returns & Exchanges Policy
Discounted Items
Items purchased during discounts or promotions cannot be returned.
They can only be exchanged if the requested item is available.
If the item you want to exchange for is not available, the amount will be credited to your store credit.
Return & Exchange Timeframe

Returns: within 24 hours of receiving the order

Exchanges: within 48 hours of receiving the order
Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Courier Communication
If you request a return or exchange, our courier will contact you to arrange pickup.
If the courier attempts to reach you and receives no response (calls or messages), and this is documented in our system, the order will not be returned or exchanged.
Delivery Policy (Cash on Delivery)
After we send you a confirmation message and ship your order:

The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If there is no response or no answer during these attempts, the order will be cancelled.
Please note that shipping fees are paid by us once the package is dispatched.
Customers who repeatedly confirm orders and do not receive them after 3 attempts will be blocked from Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
All return or exchange requests must be submitted through the link in our bio.
Processing timeline:

The courier collects the item.

The return process usually takes 4–7 business days to reach us.

Once received, the item will be inspected.

Your refund will be issued immediately after inspection.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed minus the shipping fee of 100 EGP.
