Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically delivered within 1 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation message. When it’s ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).

Please note:

• Shipping time may vary slightly during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods.

• Orders outside Cairo may take slightly longer.

• Once an order is confirmed for shipping, shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Any delays caused by courier services are unfortunately outside our control, but our team will assist you in tracking your order if needed.
